Also, when Jaxon started getting like that I quit giving him bottles (which later back fired! lol)...

Anyway, I just wanted to pop it and cheer you on a little! It does get easier, and it does get more enjoyable!

*It took til about 3-4 months for us to really get in the swing of things with breastfeeding*

Try to make sure you are relaxed when you nurse (I used to watch TV or surf on my Iphone) it will help your milk let down faster and he will be happier faster if the milk is flowing easier (like from a bottle)...

Try to nurse in a quiet spot. Jaxon was a NICU baby so he needed a little background noise, but don't have the TV on really loud or music or anything.

Turn the lights on low so it's not super bright :)

And remember, be confident! (I know easier said than done) You CAN do it!Kaithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00835982347926670216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4826413320397704338.post-61683697248046263332011-06-01T09:40:27.883-07:002011-06-01T09:40:27.883-07:00My daughter is 8 weeks and she is the same way whe...My daughter is 8 weeks and she is the same way when it comes to nursing. (although lately she's been fussing less and less.) Last week she started sleeping longer at night, only waking up once to nurse. This article might be helpful for the nursing issues.

http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/fast-letdown.html

Good Luck!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4826413320397704338.post-13640008186182819362011-05-31T09:16:00.055-07:002011-05-31T09:16:00.055-07:00Time flies, huh? We tried it when we brought her home from the hospital and she hated it. I decided to try it one more time and she loved it! I also felt a lot more at ease knowing that she wouldn't come unswaddled at night.

I hope the nursing gets better. :)navynesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13597754451148389606noreply@blogger.com
